＜電話サインインについて＞
本大会のサインインは電話サインインと会場サインインの両方で行います。
電話サインインの場合は、山中スーパーバイザー(090-9544-5595)に、規定時間までに連絡をお願いします。
※予選サインインは12/3(日) 15時～18時まで
※本戦サインインは12/5(火) 18時まで
また電話サインインの場合、エントリーフィーの支払いを必ず試合当日の朝に行うようお願いします。
＜前日練習について＞
本大会のオフィシャルプラクティスは12月3日(日)の10時～18時です。
10時から、練習コートの予約受付を会場にて開始します。
希望する選手は会場の選手受付にて予約をお願いします。

＜About the telephone sign-in＞
Sign-in for the convention will be done by both telephone and on-site sign-in.
For telephone sign-in, please contact Supervisor Yamanaka (090-9544-5595) by the specified time.
*Qualifying sign-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 on 12/3 (Sun.)
*Main draw sign-in is until 18:00 on 12/5 (Tue.)
In case of telephone sign-in, please make sure to pay the entry fee on the morning of the match.
<About the practice on the day before the tournament＞
Official practice for the tournament will be held on Sunday, December 3, from 10:00 to 18:00.
Reservations for practice courts will be accepted from 10:00 a.m. at the venue only.
Please make a reservation at the player’s reception desk at the venue.
